Solve: How to fix ea error code ec 10000?

I was played Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order smoothly when I played with Origin app, one day Electronic Arts announced new update which is, Origin is now become EA App. I click on "Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order" through my Steam app, now Origin updated to EA App and sudden an error shown "game launch failed". I go to my EA App and put my credentials and EA App giving error "There's a problem with your account". I contacted EA Support Team, I tried everthing which they told me to do, but I got poor response from them. After two months I fix this problem myself.

You can fix this issue follow these steps:
1. Go to Control Panel >> Click Network & Sharing Centre
2. On Left Pane Click Change Adapter Settings
3. On your Ethernet Right Click and Click on Properties
4. Untick "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)"

If not work, try this:
Make sure Internet is connected properly.
Make sure ea servers down status, which is always in up state.
Make sure EA Background Services (whis is "EABackgroundService.exe") always on running state.
Make sure firewall not blogking EA Services and EA App(s).
If you are using game booster from any anti-virus software disable it.
If you are using VPN (Virtual Private Network) disable it.
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 or higher version properly installed on your pc.
Visual C++ Redistributable properly installed.
NOTE:If you are using anti-virus software, please make sure these *.exe files not bloking form firewall. You can turn off your firewall or If you can't, exclude these *.exe in your anti-virus firewall setting, which is listed below:
